Nice boats! Know what they are? Esp. the one on the left...
I had butane on Andante; are your pipes lagged? Mine never froze, fortunately, although it did once on Helyn - took us ages to work out what had happened. It has advantages over propane though from what I can tell, being lower pressure you can have one of those nice quick change valves, and I can't help wondering if it also means it lasts longer...?
I did have water freeze in Andante's Paloma though, that was expensive!

They are! I didn't check on the names from the bridge I'm afraid but I'm on a 2 week mooring so I should get a chance yet.

My butane never froze before and I'm sure it's been at least this cold over the last 3 years so I suspect it may be running out as well. It does seem to last almost forever but then I only use it for cooking and boiling the kettle. I do like the valve as well compared with all the banging-about required for propane.
